Concept paper for the need of Law on Equal Opportunities for women and men in Bulgaria.

The project was funded by UNDP – Sofia and implemented in the period December 2001 – March 2002

Aim of the Project:

To present the concept and the arguments for the need of Law on Equal Opportunities for Women and Men before the Members of the Parliament.

Under this project the report “Why is a Law on Equal Opportunity Needed in Bulgaria: Legal Arguments” was produced.

The presentation was performed on March 28, 2002 and opened the debate in the field of anti-discrimination legislation.
